All prices are in SGD. 

Please be 100% confirmed before sending your orders to us.

There would be no backing out of order unless the apparel is OOS.
We will refund you the full amount for that item, should it be OOS.

Do give us time to reply you as we are busy.

COLLECTION METHODS

Meet Ups:
Only at Tiong Bahru, Redhill or Dover MRT Station.
Timing to our convenience.
Mailing:
Crosslabel will not be responsible for lost mails thus we strongly advise you to opt for registered postage.
Normal postage $1.00 - 1 item. Additional $0.50 for every subsequent item.
Registered postage is an additional of $3.50 - 1 item. Additional $0.50 for every subsequent item.
Tracking number for registered postage will be given.
Free Sunday Door to Door Delivery for purchases above $80 (accommodating to our timing).

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept refunding if the size is incorrect so do check the measurements carefully before placing your order.
For faulty apparels, we will exchange it if the item is still available, otherwise a full refund will be made.
We are not responsible for any missing parcels in the process of exchanges and returns.
